Leadership and School Improvement

The Leadership and School Improvement (LSI) Unit is comprised of consultants and project assistants focused on supporting district and school leaders in implementing evidence-based practices and developing leadership capacity focused on improving student learning. LSI consultants support leaders, at every level and within each content area, in understanding and implementing processes that create a coherent system and climate for continuous improvement. LSI services are delivered through regional and site-based professional learning such as workshops, referent group meetings, district- and school-based consultation and technical assistance.
